Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team via the returns portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure the Packaging
Carefully pack the fragrance in its original, unopened manufacturer box and place it inside a sturdy shipping carton with adequate padding to prevent transit damage.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
